Prof. Takao Someya (Graduate School of Engineering) received the Nakatani Foundation Award Grand Prize from the Nakatani Foundation for Biomedical Instrumentation Technology on Friday, February 22. The award is given to researchers who have made outstanding achievements in medical and engineering measurement technology and are still actively engaged in research activities. The reason for the award to Professor Someya is “Pioneering research on bioinformation measurement using stretchable electronics.
