平川一彦教授が6月27日（月）に富山県で開催された「The 43rd International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS2016)」でThe Quantum Devices Awardを受賞しました。授賞理由は“Important contributions to the understanding of III-V heterostructures devices and pioneering experiments evidencing the coupling between THz light and single nano-objects”です。
